Legendary Ring announcer Michael Buffer gave his take on who wins if Floyd 'money' Mayweather takes on Manny Pacquiao, the congress man from the Philippines.. We all believe this fight might never happen but don't we have to reconsider this, I mean to say the boost of this fight might be coming from Mayweather himself.... I feel the pacman fight isn't that of a tough competition for floyd, I beg to differ...
